Crazy Beef (3 Servings)

Meat cooked slowly with natural herbs, spices and red wine. The delicious broth of this dish is reduced, becoming thicker and with a very concentrated flavor. A delicacy that goes well as a filling for snacks, pies, pastries or as a side dish for basic dishes.

Ingredients: rump steak, tomato, onion, green pepper, wine, sea salt, coconut oil, green olives, garlic, celery, extra virgin olive oil, cornstarch, bay leaf, thyme, black pepper, oregano and red pepper.
