Please have your purchase and registration information ready.
Important!
Keep the product in the same condition as when you received it.
Keep it in the freezer until the carrier picks it up.
Images and/or videos will help identify what may have occurred.
Our customer service will schedule a date and time with you for the carrier to pick up the product(s) in question.
In cases of products damaged in transit, the carrier will cover the costs of the refund and product pickup. Simply deliver the product to them on the previously scheduled date and time.
