Shipping policy

Deliveries are made in special vehicles at a temperature of -18°C by contracted carriers, maintaining freezing and guaranteeing the integrity and quality of our products.

Deliveries made by contracted carrier are available throughout Japan* on any day and in any quantity for a fixed price of ¥1,900.

Note: There is also a comments box where you can add any necessary information regarding the delivery of your order.

*For the Hokkaido and Okinawa regions, the price is ¥2,900.

*For the Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kyushu regions, the delivery time may be longer.
