Special Rates (Shipping, Interest, Taxes)

All product prices already include the 8% consumption tax (Shohizei). There are no other additional costs due to taxes; however, this term may be revised if the tax rate changes.

Providing accurate shipping information is the customer's responsibility. Our team may request verification of the provided information. If the carrier returns the order due to an incorrect address or absence for more than 6 days*, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If reshipment is requested, the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs.

*During storage with the carrier, all products will be kept at a temperature below -18°C, thus preserving their original characteristics.

The shipping cost is described at checkout and will be added to the total purchase price. As this is a third-party service, it may be changed without prior notice. Fees, charges, and interest arising from credit card or any other type of online payment that exists or may exist in our online store are the sole responsibility and administration of the financial company that provides it.

Intellectual Property

All images, logos, photos, articles, posts, and videos published by Saúde e Sabor are the responsibility of their authors, who have the right to prohibit, link to, or allow their dissemination in all online media.

Research and studies are constantly being conducted, and we are not responsible for incorrect or outdated information provided by collaborators or published on our pages; however, we undertake to rectify or update it as soon as possible once we are informed.

Specific Forum

Saúde e Sabor chooses the forum of the city of Okazaki, Aichi-ken, for any type of legal discussion that may eventually arise as a result of our digital content or products.

Agreement

The customer agrees to the terms above when registering for or using any Saúde e Sabor service, as well as any digital product, paid or free video that we may offer.
