Chicken Soup

The traditional Brazilian “soup that cures everything” is even better in the healthy version Saúde e Sabor, made with chicken breast marinated with natural spices, in a chicken broth with the addition of carrots, brown rice, caramelized onion and turnip, slowly cooked to enhance the flavor of the broth that has a touch of parsley at the end, a simple and natural delight.

Ingredients: chicken breast, carrot, turnip, onion, brown rice, extra virgin olive oil, celery, garlic, sea salt, parsley, red pepper and black pepper.
