Chicken Canjiquinha

This traditional dish from Minas Gerais cuisine is a broth made from crushed corn cooked in chicken broth, pieces of chicken breast, spices and finished with chopped chives.

Ingredients: chicken breast, corn grits, onion, celery, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, smoked paprika, garlic, oregano, black pepper and bay leaf.
