Roast Beef in Madeira Sauce "S"

Thin cuts of lean beef, roasted in the oven combined with a black pepper crust and drizzled with Madeira sauce with mushrooms. For contrast, it is served with a creamy yam mousseline and seasoned brown rice.

Ingredients: rump steak, brown rice, yam, mushrooms, onion, wine, sea salt, butter, cornstarch, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, dehydrated garlic, black pepper.
