Beef in Wine Cassarole "S"

Beef stew, marinated in natural seasonings, sealed and cooked in wine that accentuates the flavor of the meat. Add potatoes and carrots at the end of cooking so that everything is tender and cooked to perfection.
Served with brown rice.

Ingredients: brown rice, rump steak, potato, carrot, tomato, onion, wine, cornstarch, sea salt, coconut oil, garlic, celery, extra virgin olive oil, thyme, parsley, black pepper and bay leaf.
