Shredded Meat with Onions "Double"

Clean cuts of premium beef, marinated in natural seasonings, cooked, shredded, and finally sautéed with onions and garlic. The result is a dish low in fat but packed with moisture and flavor.
Served with grilled cubed kabocha.

Ingredients: rump steak, wine, green pepper, extra virgin olive oil, green olives, coconut oil, sea salt, celery, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, rosemary, red pepper, black pepper and parsley.

Serving of 140g x 2 = 280g
