Shredded Meat with Onions "Single"

Clean cuts of premium quality beef, marinated in natural seasonings, cooked, shredded and finally sautéed with onions and garlic. The result is a dish with a low fat content but with lots of moisture and flavor.
Served with grilled cubed kabocha.

Ingredients: rump steak, kabocha squash, onion, wine, green pepper, extra virgin olive oil, green olives, coconut oil, garlic, sea salt, celery, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, rosemary, red pepper, black pepper and parsley.
