Oven-Baked Chicken (3 Servings)

In the healthy version of this dish, Saúde e Sabor, it is baked in a combi oven instead of fried, making it less caloric and maintaining the characteristic of being crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Seasoned with natural herbs, it is best heated in the oven or air fryer to maintain its crispiness.

Ingredients: chicken thigh, sake, sea salt, garlic, ginger and black pepper.

Serving of 100g x 3 = 300g
