Chicken in Orange Sauce "S"

Chicken thighs and drumsticks marinated in natural seasonings, breaded and baked in a combination oven. Finished with a topping of orange and thyme flavored sauce.
It comes with a silky cauliflower puree with caramelized onions and cream, and brown rice seasoned with a mix of grains finished with thyme and fresh rosemary.

Ingredients: chicken thigh, cauliflower, brown rice, carrot, orange, edamame, corn, onion, cream, cornstarch, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, butter, sea salt, sake, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, parsley, thyme, rosemary and black pepper.
