Roasted Chicken Thigh with Chimichurri "Double"

Chicken thighs marinated in natural seasonings and roasted in a combination oven, which removes fat from the skin, forming a crispy crust while keeping the meat moist. Finished with a topping of chimichurri sauce and served with creamy carioca bean puree.

Other ingredients: onion, extra virgin olive oil, cassava flour, parsley, sake, garlic, sea salt, ginger, lemon, oregano, mustard, smoked paprika, black pepper, red pepper.
