Chicken Burger with Quinoa "Double"

A dish that is highly requested by our customers, it is now back on our menu in a new version!
Highly protein, light and healthy, it consists of mini burgers made from ground chicken thighs and quinoa seasoned with herbs and baked in a combination oven. Served with spinach sautéed in garlic and olive oil.

Ingredients: chicken thigh, spinach, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, quinoa, celery, sea salt, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and black pepper.

Serving of 145g x 2 = 290g
