A new way to present our kibbeh, maintaining its essence and bringing even more balance to the dish.
Prepared with lean meat and our kibbeh dough, combined with quinoa, mint, and spices, forming an aromatic and well-constructed composition.
Baked, it enhances the flavors of the ingredients and maintains a balanced texture.
It comes with a hummus base, a creamy and well-balanced chickpea paste, as well as brown rice with lentils and edamame with a subtle hint of lemon, forming a complete and harmonious dish.

Other ingredients: top round steak, kibbeh wheat, onion, extra virgin olive oil, chicken thigh, quinoa, lemon, sea salt, parsley, garlic, mustard, garlic, dehydrated oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes.
