Kafta with Hummus "Single"

A typical Middle Eastern dish, in the Health and Flavor version it is made with lean beef, seasoned with oriental spices, roasted and cut into sticks. It is served with hummus, which is a chickpea and sesame paste.
Very nutritious, low glycemic and with a flavor peculiar to oriental cuisine.

Ingredients: rump steak, chickpeas, onion, breadcrumbs, tahini, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, parsley, garlic, ginger, coriander, ground cinnamon, red pepper and ground cumin.
