Our Tapioca Dough is an original recipe that results in tapioca like you've never seen before: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Gluten-free, our tapioca is a much more nutritious and healthier carbohydrate energy solution than industrial bread.
It can be filled with either sweet or savory fillings, as it's neutral. Get creative and use your imagination; your tapioca will be amazing!
Presented in practical 3-module packaging so you always have fresh pasta.
Each module of the package makes 2 medium tapiocas or 1 large one.
For optimal consumption, use the entire contents of each module, do not store after opening.

See how easy it is to prepare your Tapioca Health and Flavor:

1- In a frying pan over low heat, sift half of a portion of the ready dough (no oil needed), spreading it over the entire bottom of the pan.

2- Add the filling of your choice (salty or sweet).

3- Let it cook over medium heat for 1 minute or until the edges start to lift, turn off the heat.

4- Fold in half with the help of a spatula. It's ready!
