Grilled eggplant cubes, onion, mini shimeji mushrooms sautéed in garlic and olive oil and herbs, lightly spiced with a refreshing touch of lemon and Brazil nuts.

Ingredients: eggplant, shimeji, onion, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, Brazil nuts, garlic, sea salt, oregano, black pepper and red pepper.
