Chickpea Soup

Vegetarian soup made with a thick broth of chickpeas, spinach, celery, carrots and onions, roasted with plenty of olive oil to enhance the flavor, and then cooked, forming a very tasty, nutritious dish rich in dietary fiber.

Ingredients: chickpeas, onion, carrot, spinach, celery, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, thyme, bay leaf and red pepper.
