Minestrone Soup

Italian recipe in the Health and Flavor version. Bringing seasonal ingredients with emphasis on tomatoes, this soup is prepared with caramelized onion, celery, garlic, zucchini, edamame, cooked in tomato broth, also with pasta and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients: tomato, zucchini, onion, red beans, Ave Maria pasta, carrot, edamame, extra virgin olive oil, celery, garlic, sea salt, cornstarch, parmesan cheese and red pepper.
