Vitality Smoothie

• The combination of tangerine, carrot and strawberry in this drink, in addition to being tasty, is very rich in vitamin C, helping to prevent flu and colds. Contains antioxidants and minerals essential for the body. Ginger complements this smoothie very well: with its thermogenic properties, it accelerates metabolism and increases fat burning.

Method of preparation:

1. Insert the frozen ingredients into the blender.
2. Add 300 ml of water*.
3. Blend in a blender until homogenized.

*You can measure the 300ml using the smoothie packaging: there is a marking (risk) inside the packaging, just fill with water up to the marking.

Ingredients: tangerine, strawberry, carrot, brown sugar and ginger.
