Yellow Smoothie

• The power of this smoothie lies in turmeric, as it contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial and digestive properties. Together with pineapple and mango, it helps to enhance these properties by giving an extra dose of vitamin C and improving the immune system.

Method of preparation:

1. Insert the frozen ingredients into the blender.
2. Add 300 ml of water*.
3. Blend in a blender until homogenized.

*You can measure the 300ml using the smoothie packaging: there is a marking (risk) inside the packaging, just fill with water up to the marking.

Ingredients: pineapple, mango, turmeric and chia.
